CamberWELL-BEING returns this year to celebrate the excellent range of health and wellness businesses in Camberwell Junction.

Everyone is welcome to join the Wellness Trail in the Camberwell Junction precinct.

The Wellness Trail is free and perfect for anyone who wants to try something new, with an extensive range of health and wellness businesses participating in the event.

If you have been meaning to get down to the gym this year, then come try a trial fitness class at one of the participating gyms. There will be wellness treatments to experience and health food to sample along the way too.

Educational talks are also part of the trail, so come along if you have questions for one of the many health and wellness experts on hand.

Wellness Trail participants will also go into the running to win from a massive prize pool.

Wellness Trail participants stand the chance to win a range of great prizes, including gym memberships, cosmetic treatments and wellness experiences.

How the Wellness Trail works

To start the day, check in at the CamberWELL-BEING HQ (located at Camberwell Fresh Food Market, rear entrance) and collect a Wellness Passport.

You can then head off along the trail and explore the range of health and wellness businesses in Camberwell.

Participants are encouraged to visit five or more businesses listed on the trail and get their passport stamped at each location.

When you have finished your journey along the trail, report back to the CamberWELL-BEING HQ to go into the draw to win from the huge pool of prizes.
